I went ahead and used another site's listing as 325F and set my timer for 1.5 hours. Otherwise the only other change I did to your recipe is use heavy cream instead of milk. But you've got a different way of melting the sugar. I really love eating leche flan. I was always mesmerize by how did the brown thing go on top. My mom made a leche flan before but it wasn't as perfect as the picture above. Anyway I'll try to make one myself with the help of your recipe.
